Greg joined Salter Labs in May 2017 as President and CEO. Prior to joining Salter, he served as CEO of Surgical Solutions, LLC, a privately held healthcare services company, from 2015-2016. He served as President and CEO of Aspen Surgical Products Holdings, Inc. from 2006-2012. When that business was sold to Hill-Rom in 2012, Greg joined Hill-Rom as Senior Vice President & President of Surgical/Respiratory Care from 2012-2014. Prior to Aspen Surgical Products, Greg spent 26 years in healthcare management with American Hospital Supply, Baxter International, Allegiance Healthcare and Cardinal Health during which time he held positions of increasing responsibility. He received his BA from Duke University in 1980.
Angie joined Salter Labs as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer in December 2010. Prior to joining Salter, she was the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly reported segment of Cardinal Health. Before her role as Segment CFO, Angie held various positions in external financial reporting, planning and analysis, controllership, strategy and treasury at healthcare companies including Baxter, Allegiance and Cardinal Health. Angie started her career in public accounting at PWC and has over 30 years of experience. Angie holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, with a major in accounting, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1987.
Josh joined Salter Labs in 2012 and leads Salter’s strategy, marketing and business development efforts. Prior to joining Salter, he led several product launches, brands, and major marketing initiatives for Baxter Healthcare in both US and international markets. He began his career in strategy consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and running his own firm, focusing on the healthcare, travel and transportation, and professional services industries. Josh received his BBA from Northwood University and was a Siebel Scholar while earning an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mike joined Salter Labs in 2012 and leads the Research, Development, and Operations functions. Prior to joining Salter, he was Vice President of Research and Development for the Philips Respironics Hospital Respiratory Care business unit. Mike has more than 25 years’ experience in healthcare, and previously held executive management roles at Nellcor Puritan Bennett (Medtronic), Applied Biosystems (Thermo Fisher), and Johnson & Johnson. He has a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, and is an inventor with 5 US patents.

Tatiana has led the HR function for Salter Labs since 2013, focusing on enabling the growth of the Company through pragmatic HR strategies and programs designed to build the best team in respiratory and airway care. She has over 20 years of HR experience, including 15 years in Healthcare with Cardinal Heath and Baxter Healthcare in leadership roles. Tatiana earned a BA in International Relations from Michigan State University and Master of Art, Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Mike has led Salter’s Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs functions since 2011. He has over 30 years of diverse experience in the medical device industry, with roles in Quality Assurance/Control, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Manufacturing. Prior to joining Salter, Mike held positions with established device companies such as SciMed Life Systems (acquired by Boston Scientific), St. Jude Medical and SurModics, Inc., as well as medical device start-ups Integ, Inc. and Acorn Cardiovascular. Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and his MBA with a Manufacturing Engineering concentration from the University of St. Thomas.
David joined Salter Labs in 2003. Prior to taking responsibility for Salter’s global sales efforts in 2012, David worked in various general management and sales leadership positions, gaining over 14 years of medical consumables experience. He applies his in-depth understanding of Salter Labs’ customers and industry vision to assist the company’s growth and profit initiatives, and has extensive experience building, developing and motivating highly talented and successful sales teams. David spent his early career in commercial roles with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Scotts and various entrepreneurial endeavors. He holds a BBA and MBA from Marshall University.
